RETURN POLICY:

Returns are granted ONLY if we have shipped you the incorrect item. Otherwise, products are nonrefundable. Claims concerning damage in shipment will be addressed using UPS’s or United States Postal Service’s standard procedures (providing you purchased the optional insurance). We encourage you to purchase the optional insurance at order checkout to cover any shipment-related damage.

SALES TAX:

There is sales tax of 7.0% charged to orders within (being delivered to) Arkansas.

SPECIAL NOTE TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

Payment must be made in United States (U.S.) funds. All prices throughout this Web site are quoted in United States funds.

If you are not from the U.S., the best way to purchase from us is with a credit card. We accept Visa or MasterCard. We will enter your order and the credit card company will do the conversion for you and your purchase will appear on your credit card in Canadian dollars. Credit card companies also tend to give very favorable rates for the exchange.

You can also go to your bank and they can issue an International Check for you in U.S. dollars. You will pay them in your native money (at the current exchange rate), along with a fee for making the money order for you.
